Spiral Ground Piles
spiral pile is a new type of foundation building materials, some can be used to replace the traditional reinforced concrete pouring construction technology, making the building foundation more flexible and fast. The basic working principle of the spiral ground pile is equivalent to the wood screw, which is screwed into the ground by the special spiral ground pile tightening equipment, replacing the original concrete foundation, and the top is connected with the load. The take-off and landing of the spiral ground pile column are controlled by two luffing hydraulic cylinders. The drilling system includes a power head and a drilling tool. The output shaft of the power head and the screw drilling tool are hollow. The pile machine adopts a long screw to form holes. The concrete or mud can be pumped through the central pipe of the drill pipe to carry out the concrete pile construction, which can be completed by one machine at a time. It can also be used for dry hole forming, spiral ground pile grouting replacement after changing the drilling tool, and can also adopt various construction methods such as deep mixing.
